appointment of Zhi Yang and Damien Lim as directors.

explains. "Now, at Board level, we have a talented, experienced and balanced team."
Dr. Zhi Yang received his Ph.D. from Harvard and his postdoctoral training at Rockefeller. He has
worked in a number of biotech companies from scientific to management positions. Mr. Damien Lim is
trained in financing and business management. Both Dr. Yang and Mr. Lim are General Partners of
BioVeda Capital, a venture capital firm based in Redwood City and Singapore (www.biovedavc.com.)
